Evansville Insulation Company was founded in 2022 by insulation professionals who grew up in this area and saw a real gap in the local market: homeowners needed a contractor who would show up on time, explain the work plainly, and not disappear after the check cleared.
Evansville has a large stock of older homes — brick bungalows on the West Side, ranch houses on the East Side, and foursquares near downtown that were built before modern insulation standards existed. Many of those homes are still running on the original insulation from 40 or 50 years ago. The freeze-thaw winters and hot, humid summers here put serious pressure on under-insulated houses, and those conditions show up directly in energy bills and comfort.
